SUFC 2020 Annual Meeting & Reception Sponsorships - Sustainable Urban Forests Coalition

Thank you for considering sponsorship of the 2020 SUFC Annual Meeting & Reception! The meeting will take place on March 4th at the University of Virginia’s Darden Sands Family Grounds in Arlington, VA. The reception will follow at the US Botanic Garden in Washington, DC.

We have two sponsorship levels available for the year’s 15th Annual Meeting.

Oak: $1,000

Two registration fees waived
A mention of your organization, along with the logo on a sponsor presentation slide, at the beginning of the meeting
A mention of your organization, along with the logo on a sponsor presentation slide, during lunch
An opportunity to distribute promotional materials for your organization
Your logo on all electronic products we send out ahead of the meeting

Maple: $500

One registration fee waived
A mention of your organization, along with the logo on a sponsor presentation slide, at the beginning of the meeting
