SUFC 19th Annual Meeting & Reception Sponsorships

Thank you for considering sponsorship of the 2024 SUFC Annual Meeting & Reception! The meeting will take place online and in person on February 28, 2024. A reception in the U.S. Botanic Garden will follow the event. 

We have two sponsorship levels available for this year’s 19^th Annual Meeting.

• Oak: $1500
  • Two registration fees waived
  • A mention of your organization, along with your logo on a sponsor presentation slide, at the beginning of the meeting
  • A mention of your organization, along with your logo and a sponsor presentation slide, during the lunch break
  • An opportunity to distribute promotional materials to attendees
  • Your logo on all electronic products we send out ahead of the meeting

• Maple: $750
  • One registration fee waived
  • A mention of your organization, along with your logo on a sponsor presentation slide, at the beginning of the meeting
